Postdoctoral Association

The Boston College Postdoctoral Association (Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµPDA) promotes the professional, social, and family well-being of postdoctoral fellows from all Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ departments. The purpose of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµPDA is:

To promote the professional training and career preparation of its members

To promote peer interactions and support among the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ postdoctoral community

To serve as liaison between its members and the administration of Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ

To introduce new postdoctoral fellows to the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ community

To provide liaison between Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ postdoctoral fellows and other postdoctoral associations in Massachusetts and in the United States

The Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµPDA regularly organizes conferences and talks on topics of interest to its membership. In addition, the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµPDA has an ongoing Knowledge Dissemination Program to financially support the dissemination of its members’ original and independent scholarly work.
